Chapter I
General provisions

§ 1

Statute of Krajowa Giełda Wierzytelności (hereinafter referred to the "Stock") describes rules of using the Stock by its Clients and Users who after having accepted the Statute provisions are entitled to:

  • publish on the Stock receivables sale offers (concerns clients only),
  • have an insight into receivables sale offers published by the Clients (concerns Clients and Users).

§ 2

The Stock is the property of Europejska Grupa Finansowa Sp. z o. o. seated in Wrocław ul. Opatowicka 130, (hereinafter called Administrator).
