Technical conditions and privacy policy

In order to use the Stock the Client has to have web browser. Browsers and settings recommended by the Stock are available on KGW's website.
§ 4
Only software authorized by the Administrator may be used for automatic using of the Stock.
§ 5
- In order to provide the best substantial and functional level of its services, the Stock is gathering data concerning using and exploiting websites, This data is not connected with any identity.
- Data gathered may encompass information about every visit on the Stock website, kind of browser used and IP address. KGW websites are using "cookie" files, other data analyzing technologies and personalization services. Deactivating "cookie" files hiders from using Stock services.
§ 6
Stock websites may contain links to other companies websites, published only for the Client's comfort. The stock does not supervise nor monitor these websites and bears no responsibility for them. The Client who decides to surf on these websites acts on his own responsibility.
§ 7
Administrator reserves himself the right of temporary suspension of the Stock's availability and modification of its services.
