Conditions for Client’s registration
§ 8
- Stock User is every entity (including private person), who exercises the right to ths Stock’s services but is not a Client.
- Stock Client may become only entrepreneur under the Act on Liberty of running business dated July 2, 2004 (Journal of Laws No 173, item 1807).
§ 9
The User of the Stock is not registered.
§ 10
- Stock Client may become entrepreneur, who, individually or by the agency of the Stock, will:
- fill in REGISTRATION FORM available on the: www.kgw.pl,
- print, fill in and send to the Administrator signed ORIGINAL of the contract on using Krajowa Giełda Wierzytelności,
- send to the Administrator the copies of following register documents concerning his entrepreneurship:
- confirmation of registering business or duplicate from National Court Register;
- document confirming NIP number;
- has current e-mail.
§ 11
Administrator after receiving documents mentioned in § 10 registers the Client and sends him confirmation of registration with individual ID number and a password under an e-mail given in the contract. The following data enable access to the individual client's account, unavailable for other Stock's users. Individual ID number and password are strictly confidential and may not be made accessible for the third parties.
§ 12
Every operation done via individual Client's account is considered as done directly by the Client and in cases determined in this Statute results in raising fee in accordance with § 28.
