According to § 8 pas. 1 KGW Statute Stock Client may become only entrepreneur under the Act on Liberty of running business dated July 2, 2004 (Journal of Laws No 173, item 1807).
The condition to become a Temporary Client is a single activation fee of 270 zł, the whole amount is changed into points which may be used by a Client to perform any action within the system

Provisions from offers withdrawn
Over administrative fees provision from offers withdrawn is collected when:
- particular sum included in the offer is withdrawn (totally or partly) from the system within 120 days from the date of inscribing;
- current receivable status, in which the sum of suspensions made by the users within 120 days from the date of publication exceeds 30 days.
