Mediations are innovative way of recovering the debts. It is based on the assumption that all problems might be solved via talks, negotiations and working out a compromise.

We have established Mediation and Arbitration Department for such kind of commissions.
We conduct mediations and negotiations by two different ways:

• open approach to the debtors;
  
• exact verification of their situation.

Talk is at the basis

Openness for talk helps mediators find solutions which enables debtors to repay their indebtedness according to conditions approved by the creditors. An exact analysis of the debtors’ situation provides a basis on conducting negotiations and may serve as an introduction leading to proper decisions in the future.

The creditors are content wheras the debtors thank us

Some of the debtors with whom the Mediation and Arbitration Department contacted, thanked us for this specific approach which gave them opportunity to fix contact with the debtors – contractors broken because of the debt. However the creditors were contended because of the fact of having recovered the money without being obliged to use „vindication artillery.”
