Krajowa Giełda Wierzytelności is sometimes called financial instrument, i.e. it is a simple and comfortbale way to organize, automatize and optimalize many processes which until now were independent from each other.

- sale function - the possibility of recovering money via debt sale;
- mediation function - recovering money without the risk of losing the contractor;
- vindication function - debts publication aimed at its vindication;
- preventive function - contractor’s financial liability veryfication and monitoring.
