Programs used to data processing are made in client-server technology what results in the fact that all data is centrally stored on servers and users are given access only to a specific part necessary for their work at the moment. 

Additional protecting element which enlarges clients data security are file protection mechanisms which protect from unauthorized access and flow over the space of the company.

• File transmission outside the company via codes communication channel;
• All e-mails content is scanned.
