Krajowy Rejestr Dłużników Leasingowych is a platform of information exchange for every leasing firm which by adding its debtors to the system build data base facilitating lessees’ intentions verification. However they also want to share their knowledge about unreliable debtors and perform better and safer turnout on leasing market that way.
The register receives two kinds of data: one concering debtors’ personal data, the other about receivable. Even after debt repayment the debtor’s data is visible in the system for another 6 months.

Main functions of KRDL:

• verifyiing reliability of potential contractors;
• 24 hours supervision over particular companies solvency.

From formal point of view KRDL is a register intended to make information about unreliable debtors of leasing firms accessible for other fims who signed a contract with European Financial Group, i.e legal entity marked at the moment of receiving such an information according to Art. 3 with the Act on making economic information accessible – dated February 14, 2003.
According to the agreement signed with Leasing Entrepreneurs Union (ZPL), all ZPL members are allowed to sign the contract with KRDL as well as ZPL’s non-members.
